Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship We currently ship from Poland to the United States. If you are located outside the US, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order fur items may require additional production time — this will be communicated to you after your order is placed.

3. Shipping Times International shipping from Poland to the USA typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the carrier and customs processing. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

5. Customs & Import Duties Shipments to the USA may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at arekmm4@interia.pl within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
